Absolute Turnkey Upgrades Line with DEK Horizon

Santa Clara, CA — Absolute Turnkey, an EMS provider, has purchased a DEK Horizon Screen Printer. The platform will provide the EMS company with absolute freedom of choice to configure its screen printer as needed. The DEK Horizon will be installed in Absolute Turnkey's Santa Clara, CA facility, where the company provides its customers with an end-to-end solution and the scalability of a Tier 1 EMS provider as well as the flexibility, speed and focus of a Tier 2 or Tier 3 EMS provider.

Services offered by Absolute Turnkey include NPI/prototype and production assemblies, field returns, repairs, upgrades and testing to include ICT, flying probe and functional test.

The flexibility and rapid changeover capabilities of the Horizon platform are suitable for a diverse and detailed range of assembly challenges, from fast turn prototyping and short production runs to high-speed, volume manufacturing. Its versatility enables easy re-deployment to handle various substrate materials including PCBs, glass, ceramics and green tape.

The machine benefits from DEK's robust chassis technology, featuring vibration tested one-piece construction for exceptional rigidity and mechanical integrity.

The unit incorporates DEK's Instinctiv V9 next-generation touchscreen user interface as standard.
