Mycronic Acquires RoyoTech and Kognitec
Taby, Sweden — Micronic AB, has acquired 75 percent of RoyoTech Digitalelektronik GmbH with the option of purchasing the remaining 25 percent. The company has also acquired 100 percent of Kognitec Vertrieb and Service GmbH. Both companies are based in Hohenkirchen, Germany.
