Rigol Intros New Digital 'Scopes
Advanced slim-line oscilloscope.
Oakwood Village, OH — Rigol Technologies, Inc. is introducing the DS6000 series digital oscilloscope, providing bandwidth up to 1GHz, 1.5GHz bandwidth differential, and single-ended active probes.

Designed to reduce test time in research, development and failure analysis applications, the new digital oscilloscopes make detecting signal and device characteristics easier than ever with advanced waveform search, visualization and replay.

The DS6000 series provide up to 1GHz BW with 5GSa/s sample rate, a standard 140,000,000 points of deep memory, up to 180,000 frames for waveform record and replay, and up to 180,000 waveforms/second/acquisition rate. In addition, with the company's innovative UltraVision technology, DS6000 digital oscilloscopes offer up to 256 levels of intensity grading display and real-time waveform record and display, with customizable real-time hardware filters available.

With a variety of trigger functions and automatic measurements with statistics, the new "scopes are suitable for a broad range of applications. They have serial bus trigger and decodes such as I2C, SPI, RS232 and CAN, as well as advanced math functions.

Equipped with easy-to-read, large 10.1-in. (256mm) WVGA display with LED backlighting, the new 'scopes offer an attractive profile. Thin and lightweight, the instrument is excellent for tight spaces or simply for engineers and technicians who need a powerful portable oscilloscope, with battery power options.

Designed to target the requirements of R&D engineers, production test engineers and advanced researchers with its innovative technology, exceptional specifications, powerful trigger functions and broad analysis capabilities, the DS6000 series is suitable for applications in the communications, aerospace/defense, research and education, industrial and consumer electronics, computing and instrumentation industries.

The oscilloscopes are also available in 600MHz or 1GHz, 2- or 4-channel varieties.
