CORNELL DUBILIER ANNOUNCES THE SALE OF ITS KVX MICA PRODUCT LINE

Cornell Dubilier Marketing, Inc. has sold its KVX mica product line to Custom Electronics, Inc. as of February 15, 2011. Custom Electronics, Inc. will support all Cornell Dubilier customers for this capacitor line moving forward.  The business transition is taking place and they expect no delays in customer orders due to this change of ownership.
