Mountz Intros Pulse Nutrunners
San Jose, CA — Mountz, Inc. is introducing a complete line of shutoff and non-shutoff pulse nutrunners to a growing pneumatic tool lineup branded "FlexPower by Mountz". Built for high production environments, the new pulse tools provide durability, power and speed for industrial assembly applications ranging from 4-150 N.m covering bolt sizes M5-M14.
The new tools are designed for safe, reaction-free operation in straight, pistol and angle configurations with 1/4-in. (6.35mm) female hex and square drive options. FlexPower offers comfortable rubberized non-slip grips for easy handling and excellent thermal ergonomics. Low noise decibels, minimal vibration and low torque reaction make the tools a safe ergonomic selection.
According to the company, these rugged assembly tools increase productivity and enhance product quality by providing precision torque control and user comfort. The Pulse Tools provide operators with an excellent power-to-weight ratio, allowing for a smaller tool selection for greater torques, giving operators a lighter tool with more torque capability. Built for durability with a superior O-ring design and specially designed pulse fluid, FlexPower extends life between regular oil changes and provides more torque stability than competing brands.
The FlexPower pistol grip pulse tool models have an ergonomic grip and the company offers various models covering a torque range of 5 to 148 N.m. The tools are also offered in an angle configuration covering a torque range of 8.5 to 60 N.m. Angle nutrunners are especially suitable for applications that have limiting space restrictions and require a bolt or fastener to be tightened accurately.
