Norcross, GA — T-Tech Inc. is introducing its latest and most advanced PCB prototyping system — the Quick Circuit QCJ5.
This state-of-the-art in-house circuit board prototyping system is equipped with a host of features including: Z-Axis motion control; 12-, 24-, or 32-position automatic tool change; automatic tool-depth control; 4-zone precision vacuum table; resolution of 0.00025-in.; 60,000 or 100,000 RPM variable speed spindle; 4 mil trace and insulation width; pre-contact pressure foot; integrated front-panel control of common system commands.
Several features found on the QCJ5, such as Z-axis motion control, represent new capabilities for desktop PCB prototyping systems. According to the company, the QCJ5 provides a powerful automatic tool change system with full Z-axis control capability — exactly the type of system users have been asking for in a next-generation PCB prototyping machine.
