Master Intros LCD Programmable Heat Gun
Programmable heat gun.
Racine, WI — Master Appliance Corp. is introducing its new UL and CUL Listed Model PH-1500 Proheat LCD Programmable Heat Gun, with six preset, changeable factory programs and easy-to-read digital display of variable temperature and air flow settings. Temperature and air flow are keypad-adjustable with temperatures in 10° increments, from 130 to 1000°F (50 to 540°C) and air flow in 10 increments from 4 to 16 CFM.

Temperatures for the heat gun are displayed in degrees Fahrenheit — changeable to Celsius. Electronic circuitry, with a closed-loop temperature feedback system, maintains programmed temperatures at all air flow settings and also while using any of the many optional attachments.

The programmable heat gun is compact, light weight, and ergonomically designed for superb balance and grip. The Program, Temperature and Air Flow Lock feature provides added management control — useful for production applications that require consistent application of heat. For added safety, the tool comes standard with Power-interrupt Safety Reset requiring an off-on reset after a power failure, if the heat gun was left in the "Hot" position.

The heat gun's full-featured design makes it suitable for demanding applications in the aerospace, automotive, electronics, laboratory and general industrial workplace, including heating temperature-sensitive materials, bending, forming and welding plastics, applying/removing decals, curing resins, drying filler, soldering and desoldering, shrinking tubing and others where heat and air flow control is needed.
