Zestron Opens Tech Center in Malaysia
Manassas, VA — Zestron has opened the doors and started regular daily operations in its fourth and most recent Technical and Analytical Center, located in Kulim, Malaysia.
Modeled after the three existing Centers in the U.S., Europe and China, the new facility is equipped with the latest spray-in-air (inline and batch) and ultrasonic cleaning machines from leading manufacturers, the new center serves Southeast Asia with the same capabilities.
Supported by the company's highly qualified staff of process and application technology engineers, customers now have the opportunity to conduct free-of-charge cleaning trials and compatibility tests locally. They may test their applicable substrates (PCB, stencils, solder pallets, etc.) to find the most suitable cleaning process. In order to ensure that the customer's cleanliness requirements are met, the results of the cleaning trials are analyzed immediately according to international standards (IPC610, J-STD-001D, etc.) in Zestron's Analytical Center followed by a detailed written technical report outlining cleaning process recommendations.
