Machine Vision Products today announced it would be demonstrating the award winning Supra Series AOI Solutions at Productronica 2009 in Munich from November 10th to 13th. Machine Vision Products, Inc. will be located in Hall A4, Booth 229. Machine Vision Products is a Full AOI solution provider and has product offerings encompassing SMT, SPI, MicroElectronics and Semiconductor applications.
The Supra Series, configured with 2D/3D Full AOI, offers the highest flexibility and performance solution at a competitive price point. Combined with revolutionary ease-of-use wizard, iPro, the Supra Series sets the standard for cost effective, yet performance driven AOI. The Supra Series is flexible to meet all traditional SMT inspection needs and can be placed at any position in the production line without the need for configuration changes.
The Supra Series, configured with a 5 Megapixel camera and with Tri-Color illumination provides full metrology and solder joint coverage. Resolutions between 7-17um provide capabilities to inspect 01005 components. The system is capable of a board handling of up to 508x508mm (20x20 inches) and this system is ideal for low to high volume and low to high mix environments. The optional 3D camera allows for full volumetric paste inspection, and provides die and BGA inspection capabilities. The Supra Series truly redefines the cost and performance ratio of AOI.
