Las Vegas,NV -
Leading the way towards more sophisticated data logging and analysis, XDry introduces XDry M.O.L.E., a new process audit tool for its line of ultra-low humidity desiccant dry cabinets. XDry M.O.L.E., based on the V-M.O.L.E.® from ECD, adds a new dimension to recording and reporting internal temperature and humidity inside a dry cabinet.
"One of the challenges faced in using desiccant dry cabinets is the ability to independently audit the interior conditions. While the internal control system provides moisture control, an independent auditing system can provide indisputable proof of actual conditions" said Kevin McCarten, Managing Director, XDry Corporation. "XDry M.O.L.E. adapts an industry standard temperature profiling system to include moisture measurements. Using ECD's proven data acquisition technology and M.O.L.E.® MAP reporting software gives users a familiar look and feel to analyze and report on actual cabinet conditions."
"It's really good to be partnering with XDry on this product. ECD has provided humidity data logging and monitoring to the baking and food industry for a number of years and now we can provide added value for the electronics manufacturing process engineer," said Rex Breunsbach, CEO Electronic Controls Design, Inc.
XDry M.O.L.E., comes standard with one moisture and one temperature sensor, with an optional second moisture sensor, the system provides detailed reporting on the interior conditions of the desiccant dry cabinet. Sensor accuracy is within 1% RH and ±1°C. Data recording frequency is adjustable by the end user allowing data to be captured for up to a full year.
"We're very excited to offer this exclusive system to our customers as an option to new cabinets, an upgrade to their existing cabinets and to all dry cabinet users regardless of the manufacturer" said Mr. McCarten.
XDry M.O.L.E., incorporated into an XDry ultra-low humidity desiccant dry cabinet will be on display at Productronica, Stand A3.146 in Munich, Germany in November.
