Dispensing System from Dispense Works
Panel dispensing system.
McHenry, IL — The Panel Master from Dispense Works, Inc. is designed and manufactured to accurately dispense epoxies, sealants, RTV, and other fluids on large flat products. These systems are available with thru-feed roller conveyors — with sensors, stops and locaters — making them suitable for fully automated production.

The rollers are available in different materials including engineered thermoplastics of different durometers making this a perfect choice for handling glass (or any other flat) panels. Standard sizes for the system handle up to 50 X 100-in. travel. The system is self-contained, uses the latest embedded control technology, requiring no PC for operation. A dual memory processor with Compact Flash card storage includes Ethernet, USB and RS-232 connectivity as standard. The system supports bar code, RF tag, and digital technology for job/recipe selection. A full pattern recognition vision system is available as well.

The dispensing path(s) may be taught on the machine, or entered on the front panel, or imported from a CAD file (DWG — PLT — G Code).

The robust preloaded leadscrew and ball slide construction results in machine tool quality performance. The system easily integrates any type of dispensing technology (1 part and plural part) available.
