Pentagon EMS Acquires Proco Manufacturing
Beaverton, OR
Pentagon EMS has acquired Proco Manufacturing of Beaverton, OR. Proco is a CNC machine shop providing contract precision machined part manufacturing for companies in the Northwest and across the country for 20 years. Located directly adjacent to Pentagon’s main facility in Beaverton, the two companies have worked with each other for many years. The acquisition represents an opportunity for Pentagon to expand its production machining capabilities as a compliment to its tooling business.
Pentagon is an established company with over 50 employees in the US and Mexico. They have a focus on delivering quality parts on schedule at a competitive price, and have the management, resources, and equipment to continue to provide the service and expertise customers have come to expect from Proco.
Kurt Johnson and Cathy Cheney will continue to work with Proco customers to ensure a smooth transition to Pentagon EMS' systems. Proco phone and fax number's as well as email addresses will continue to function through June 30, 2009, and purchase orders to Proco Manufacturing will be accepted through the end of June. Invoices will be sent to match the company on the purchase order, unless other arrangements are made.
During this time, they ask that customers update their records to reflect the Pentagon information:
