Environmental Rooms for Stability Testing from CSZ Environmental test chamber. Cincinnati, OH — Cincinnati Sub-Zero (CSZ) has introduced its Stability Walk-in Rooms for mild temperature and/or humidity simulation. These environmental rooms are designed for stability testing, shelf life testing, package testing, consumer product testing, research and wherever mild temperature/humidity exposure is needed to test or store products. Stability rooms provide a temperature range of -20 to +60°C and optional humidity range from 10 percent to 95 percent RH for steady-state testing and product storage. The company's stability walk-in rooms also meet ICH Q1A guidelines for pharmaceutical stability testing. Standard features include: the CSZ EZT-560i Touch Screen Controller with data logging, data file access via memory stick, Ethernet control and monitoring, alarm notification via e-mail or phone text message, data file backup system, and full system security. The system also includes a temperature limit and alarm to protect product in the room; The room's interior is entirely stainless steel, while the exterior is white embossed aluminum or aluminum. Also available is a painted steel exterior (Refrigeration Pack). The room is equipped with one 48-in. wide door that is 78-in. high door, and a heated viewing window that measures 14 x 24-in., and two interior lights. The company's line of stability chambers also includes eight reach-in stability chamber models from 24-ft3 to 80-ft3 of workspace in temperature only or temperature and humidity.
