EDS Scheduled for May in Las Vegas
Las Vegas, NV — EDS 2009 is being held May 12 - 14 at the Paris/Bally Hotel in Las Vegas. In addition to providing the only chance to meet all the decision makers who can impact your sales, EDS 2009 will offer the most relevant industry news including mergers, strategy changes, new inventory forecasts, what the large OEMs are doing, new competitive landscape.
Hot new seminar topics, panels and speakers focusing on the most important issues in today's business environment, will include: an economic forum providing strategies for surviving in this marketplace; updates on the emerging opportunities in solid state lighting; the exploration of alternative sources of energy, and how the channel can benefit from new products; expanded media exposure for participating companies; and the return by popular demand of eXtreme Networking, presenting a fast-paced series of invaluable 4-minute sessions with potential channel partners.
Among the highlights of EDS 2009 will be the inaugural Emerging Technologies Showcase and Conference. This year's focus is on opportunities in solid-state lighting. Exciting displays showcasing components, technologies and end product applications will be presented Tuesday through Thursday, while a technology conference featuring new opportunities in the solid-state lighting market will run from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning. The Solid-State Lighting Showcase and Conference will offer product and market opportunities through focused seminars, presentations and targeted panel discussions.
