Austin American Equips Zestron Technical Center
Burnet, TX — Austin American Technology Corporation has successfully delivered and installed a 9200 AquaTherm Batch Cleaning System at Zestron's Application Technology Center. The cleaner is well designed, user-friendly and cost effective equipment. Its high temperature wash capability of up to 200°F combined with user-selectable wash cycle time, provide flexibility to optimize the cleaning process for virtually any application.
The equipment is engineered to be a precision cleaning instrument. Its 304 stainless interior and rugged stainless cabinet set it apart from other batch cleaners. An intuitive touchpad driven by an electronic controller provides an easy-to-use operator interface. A viewing window and interior lighting facilitate process monitoring. When operated in close loop, the AquaTherm is energy-efficient and has very low water usage. It is suitable for precision application, such as microcircuitry and semiconductor.
While operated with VIGON cleaning agents, AAT's batch cleaning systems, such as the model featured in Zestron America's Application Technology Center are fully compatible and proven to successfully remove the latest leaded and lead-free flux residues.
