Altech: Modular PCB Plug-In Connectors
Modular connecters.
Flemington, NJ — Altech's modular "SHS" plug-in connectors for printed circuit boards have a low profile to conserve board real estate and can be mounted either in horizontal or vertical positions to enable optimized flexibility in wiring. These pluggable black PC board blocks are available in 2-24 pole versions with a 5.0mm pitch and current ratings up to 10A at 250V.

Horizontal plugs clamp reliably using a galvanized steel tubular screw with tin-plated brass wire protector. Female plugs are engineered to pair with a male PVS connector ordered separately. The SHS line of connectors range in length from 10 to 120mm with height of 10.8mm to contribute low-profile benefits in assemblies. Their modular design promotes application adaptability.

Connectors are supplied in standard packs from 20 to 100, depending on type. Their flammability class is UL940-V and all versions are RoHS compliant and UL-approved.
