San Juan Capistrano, CA — Endevco Corporation, a Meggitt group company, has appointed Mel Hilderbrand, formerly Director of Strategic Projects for Meggitt Sensing Systems, as the new President of Endevco. Hilderbrand brings significant experience in program and project management, technical management, logistics, earned value management, problem solving and team building to the position.
As Director of Strategic Projects for parent company Meggitt Sensing Systems, Hilderbrand was responsible for managing major projects and programs that required integration across various Meggitt operating companies to optimize success from business development through production. These projects included naval towed arrays, brain impact measurement systems, and a strategic partnership with Aerospace Mechanical Services Ltd., a provider of real-time aerospace data communications.
