Aegis Names Brian Worrall to Head New Integration and Customization Services
Horsham, PA — Aegis Software has appointed Brian Worrall to the position of Director of System Integration and Customization Services. In his new position, Mr. Worrall will ensure that Aegis deployments are effectively integrated into the customer's existing software systems. This role is critical to ensure that the customer experience is seamless, from requirements definition through development and activation.
As Director of System Integration and Customization Services, Mr. Worrall will analyze customer requirements associated with integrating Aegis' Process Planning and Launch (PPL) and MOS software into existing enterprise-level capabilities. Mr. Worrall will oversee all engineering projects associated with each customer's unique integration requirements. Such integrations vary widely but often include bridges from Aegis to ERP for part master synchronization, WIP transaction transfer, work order synchronization, materials depletion backflush.
With an extensive knowledge of Aegis Advanced Programming Interface (API), called xTend, and considerable expertise in systems programming and analysis, Mr. Worrall possesses knowledge of software coding, the manufacturing process, and Aegis' architecture that is required to drive toward cost-efficient and effective bridges to other systems.
