Catalyst Acquires Certain Assets of RAMP Industries
Endicott, NY — Catalyst Manufacturing Services has acquired certain assets of RAMP Industries, a long time New York based EMS provider. The combining of these companies provides strong expertise in the manufacture of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies as well as complex wire harness assembly. RAMP has historically provided a wide range of electronic assemblies, system integration, and wire harness assemblies to military and industrial customers.
"Catalyst continues to develop itself as a world class contract manufacturing company, and we are fortunate to have this opportunity to add RAMP Industries to the Catalyst team," said James Matthews, CEO of Catalyst.
Catalyst is a full service contract manufacturing company with locations in Endicott, NY, Raleigh, NC, and Tijuana, Mexico. Its offerings include product design assistance, documentation development, PCB assembly and test, box build, order
fulfillment/logistics, and depot repair services, all within a standardized equipment and systems platform.
