Crystek Intros 805MHZ VCO Voltage-controlled oscillator. Fort Myers, FL — Crystek's new VCO type CVCO55CC-0787-0805 operates from 787MHz to 805 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3V~4.7V. This VCO has a typical phase noise of -122dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset and has excellent linearity. The VCO is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5 x 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 5.0 V, with a max current consumption of 35mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 0.05MHz and 0.05MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -15dBc typical.The device is suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
