Schleuniger Intros 4-Station Automatic Crimping Machine Heavy-duty crimping system. Manchester, NH — New from Schleuniger, the CrimpCenter 64 HD is a fully automatic crimping machine for up to 4 processing stations for high quality processing of crimp and seal cable applications. Various configuration possibilities allow for a variety of medium to large applications between 10 and 6 AWG (6 to 16mm) to be processed. With special options, the machine will also process small to medium wire applications between 22 and 10 AWG (0.22 to 6mm). Large cable processing requires a robust system design with reliable and suitable equipment. The CrimpCenter 64 HD (HD = Heavy Duty) was built for this purpose and performs with up to two powerful presses. A large variety of configuration options makes the unit one of the most flexible machines in its class. This model incorporates state-of-the-art technology in precision mechanics, electronics, software and networking.
