Kycon Expands Connector Line
New stacked connectors.
San Jose, CA — Kycon has expanded its HDMI™ connector series upward by adding a vertical and stacked versions to its existing KDMIX Series. Both the vertical and the stacked connectors enable the next generation interface for end consumer products such as digital televisions, set-top boxes and DVD players. The new connectors provide the same standard features, while offering product design flexibility.

Both carry up to 10.2Gb/s of uncompressed audio and video, are fully shielded for ESD protection and are RoHS-compliant. They offer the standard 19-pin connector (dual connectors for the stacked version), and are available with dual side panel-mounting flanges.
