Topline: Double Layer ESD Rubber Mat
ESD protective mats.
Garden Grove, CA — Topline has introduced a double layer ESD rubber mat with accessories, consisting of cut mats with grounding cord and comfortable wrist strap. The mat's double layer structure is comprised of upper static dissipative layer and conductive bottom layer — the correct combination for Electrostatic Protected Areas (E.P.A), and ensures continuous drainage of static charge to ground. The mat is resistant to high temperatures up to 440°C, and its construction contains no chlorine, so there is no noxious outgassing.

The ESD mats are PVC free, flame resistant, and are resistant to chemicals. They are available in blue, beige, grey, and green. Mat sizes are: (small) 16 x 24-in. (40 x 60cm); (medium) 24 x 36-in. (60 x 90cm); and (large) 24 x 48-in. (60 x 120cm). Mat thickness is 0.080-in. (2.0mm)
