I&J Fisnar: Precision Lubricant Dispensing
Precision lubricant dispensing.
Fair Lawn, NJ — The I&J Fisnar Inc. model SV1217SS spray valve and programmable controller SVC100 can precisely direct a fine mist of lubricant to critical moving parts using time and pressure sequencing. These are machine parts that require constant lubricating of their surface areas — such as gears and rollers — which can be serviced by the use of a precision spray valve and sequence controller.
Controlling the relationship between the lubricant start signal and the misting signal allows the lubricant line pressure to start momentarily after the misting pressure initiates, reversing the process at the end of the cycle. This sequencing ensures a non-clogging system that provides consistency and material savings together with reducing maintenance and down time.
The system can keep pace with fast revolving machinery cycling up to 400 cycles per minute. Lubricant viscosity can be accommodated up to 1000cps.
