Intelligent Thermal Profiler from ECD
Thermal profiler.
Milwaukie, OR ECD has introduced its MEGAM.O.L.E. 20 Thermal Profiler, described as the first profiler with built-in intelligence, 20 channels, and one-button go/no-go profile validation.

The Profiler has an ultra thin design at 7.2 mm and uses patent-pending NANO-connectors, suitable for restricted-space applications and/or increased thermal protection.

Detachable Input / Output "Pods" permit storage of Machine, Assembly, Paste, and Target-10TM parameters for a given PCB. Instant profile checking simplifies decision to red/green light without PC download. The I/O pods can collect dozens of profiles prior to downloading.

Also part of the system is MEGAM.O.L.E. "M.A.P." software, which contains 3 workflow Wizards, multiple levels of data detail, Target-10TM profile validation, and 180+ custom data measures.
