Optical Solder Paste Measurement from ASC
Solder paste measurement system.
Maple Plain, MN — ASC International's LaserVision SP3D combines laser measurement accuracy with Automatic Data Collection for real-time control of SMT stencil printing; the VisionMaster is a sophisticated 3-D solder paste measurement system coupled with an intuitive Windows user interface in a rugged housing designed for the production floor. The VisionMaster M400 is the latest development in true 3-D measurement.

The system's technology provides a larger field of view while retaining a 0.07 mil resolution.

The VisionMaster AP212 and APXT incorporates high-resolution, fully-automated production-ready positioning and fixturing systems capable of handling double-sided SMT assemblies as large as 18 x 22-in. (457 x 558mm).
