Stahlin Expands Hole Plug Line
Fiberglass hole plugs.
Belding, MI — Stahlin's Fiberglass Hole Plug solves a particular problem: electrical enclosures that have extra holes in them either from incorrect drilling or intentional drilling of extra holes require component hole plugs to maintain original enclosure integrity by sealing against entry of dust, water and other potentially destructive elements. The product, called PluggIt®, provides the needed combination of high quality protection. The fiberglass material seals effectively against corrosive and outdoor environments, is cost-effective, and provides proven resistance to UV degradation. This durable yet cost effective assembly is now available in 9 basic kits to seal cutouts from 1/2 to 4-5/8-in. diameters and for common electrical industry applications.

PluggIt can be used for a all non-metallic and metallic enclosure materials, where there is high UV exposure, in chemically corrosive environments, wet and humid environments, wash down areas, and in submersion applications.

It is totally RoHS compliant, and meets IEC 60529 IP66, IP68, as well as UL50/CSA22.2.
