EMI Contact Rings from Omega Shielding
Custom EMI contact shields.
Randolph, NJ — Omega Shielding Products is introducing a versatile series of 22 electrically conductive contact rings for broad-ranging microwave cavity, tuning and EMI shielding applications. The beryllium copper rings are manufactured from the company's standard finger stock gasket styles. Once installed, the gaskets reportedly provide superior attenuation of unwanted microwave and RF interference for applications with round-shaped plug openings.
Custom sizing is available by specifying the application's inside or outside plug diameter. Rings are formed with curved contacts on either the outside or inside diameter for easy installation. The company's contact ring series is offered in a standard Bright finish but can also be ordered with one of 10 surface finish plating options.
