UltraVolt Buys High Voltage System Integration Company
Ronkonkoma, NY — UltraVolt, Inc. has completed intensive growth financing, which included the purchase of a high-voltage system integration company, and is now poised to ensure significant future growth.

To further its goal of "Making High Voltage Easier", UltraVolt, Inc. has acquired Galluppi Associates, Inc., a high-voltage system integrator. 20-year-old Galluppi Associates has introduced systems and solutions for various military COTS programs, semiconductor equipment tools, industrial equipment, medical devices, and biotechnology systems. The company's experience in high-precision, ultra-low-noise high-voltage systems extends into various applications and industries including devices using e-beam, i-beam, and X-ray technologies.

It is expected that synergies in the combined operations will accelerate the development of standardized system products and product lines based on UltraVolt high-voltage standard product modules. UltraVolt will continue to use its business model to meet more customers' needs by providing an even greater range of advanced products and high voltage solutions.
