AEC Selects Newark to Bring Elesta Relays to the Americas
Chicago, IL — Newark, part of the global Premier Farnell Group, has been chosen by American Electronic Components (AEC) as the first North American distributor for Swiss specialist relay manufacturer Elesta.

Complying with the European safety standard EN5020205, its break and make contacts are isolated in separate chambers and designed so that they are never closed at the same time. Their application areas are highly diverse and range from emergency-off switching devices over transport systems (elevators, escalators, etc.) to complex machine controls.
Stock available for same-day shipping at includes the world's smallest safety relay (SIS212), the flattest safety relays (SIF4, SIF6) with 4 and 6 contacts, plus a wide range of package sizes and contact configurations.
