Photo Stencil: Process Pallet Product Line
Colorado Springs, CO — Photo Stencil is introducing a new process pallet product line with centralized order processing and manufacturing. All design, assembly and quality assurance is performed at the company's worldwide headquarters in Colorado Springs. The centralized pallet logistics provide customers the opportunity to procure all assembly tooling from a single source using existing data from the Gerber files.

In addition to centralized pallet production, the company has revamped the product line to include ESD-safe process carriers for wave solder and SMT assembly. The carriers, especially suitable for use with lead-free solder, allow masking of specific areas so that only the parts that need to be soldered are affected. In addition, boards and components are protected from thermal shock and ESD. These process pallets can provide increased productivity, quality and reliability, and lessen the need to touch up and/or replace components. The new pallet line utilizes materials especially suited to the soldering process, including Durapol and, for higher production temperatures, Delmat.
