Electro Standards: Dual-Channel LAN Switch
Dual-channel LAN switch.
Cranston, RI — Electro Standards Laboratories (ESL) has introduced its new PathWay
Model 7349 Dual-Channel CAT5e RJ45 A/B/Off-Line Switch with 10 Base-T LAN Access. This new switch design allows the user to schedule changes in switch position and the locking/unlocking of the front panel control at any given date and time.
The slim rackmount switch includes comprehensive software for its timing and switching functions. The user can access the switch manually via pushbuttons or remotely by using any standard Web browser. Security is assured; login password authentication and four access levels of users are provided.
For reliability, all switched signals are passed via copper contact relays that maintain their position and continuity even in the event of a power loss or failure.
