EAO Intros Polycarbonate Switch Enclosures
Polycarbonate switch enclosures.
Milford, CT — A compact, Emergency-stop box is one of the new polycarbonate enclosures introduced by EAO. The compact enclosure is designed to be used as an accessory for the company's low-profile Series 84 illuminated 22.5mm Emergency-stop button. It is available in grey with a bright yellow top. A 16mm version also exists for the company's Series 61 Emergency-stops as well.

Measuring just 65 x 65 x 57mm, the new enclosure is one of a total of 11 new enclosures within the product range, including options for mounting one, two, three, four or six 22.5mm switches. There is also a larger 94 x 94 x 81mm Emergency-stop box for applications requiring a more prominent button. These enclosures provide a minimum sealing of up to IP66 standards. The boxes are RoHS-compliant.
