Crystek Intros 400-800 MHz VCO
400-800 MHz VCO.
Fort Myers, FL — Newly introduced by Crystek Corp., the CVCO55CW-0400-0800 VCO operates from 400 to 800MHz with a control voltage range of 0V to 12V. According to the company, this VCO has a typical phase noise of -105dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset and has excellent linearity. It is packaged in the industry standard 0.5 x 0.5-in. SMD package.
Input voltage is 5.0V, with a max current consumption of 25 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 2.00MHz and 2.00MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -5dBc typical. The new VCO is especially suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
