Pardon Us
One of the unhappy truisms of publishing is that when you make a mistake, it's there for many thousands of people to see. The English print edition of our September issue contained two colossal bloopers, which we immediately corrected in our website. But for all those print edition readers, please note that the "Production" feature article on page 40 carried an author's byline of someone we don't know or recognize. There were some red faces here, but the real author was Bruce Rodgers, Marketing Manager of Data I/O. At the end of the article, the Data I/O address is correct, but the Schreiner ProTech address should not be there.
And on page 14, the wrong photo was used. That is definitely not a Tissue Bank worker retrieving a bone fragment from a Remstar VLM. Again, the correct photo did make it to our web site.
Our apologies to everyone, and we gratefully acknowledge that Schreiner ProTech has been forwarding leads that they erroneously received to Data I/O.
