MicroScreen Offers Space Saver Stencil Frames
South Bend, IN — MicroScreen LLC is showing the 29 x 29-in. Space Saver Frame System, which is offered as a method for reclaiming valuable space on the production floor. This frame design consists of two parts: The Space Saver Adaptor (master chase) and the Space Saver Frame.

Using this system, the Space Saver Frame is stretched with a polyester border to provide a platform for the stencil foil. The user then mounts the Frame onto the Adaptor which has permanently-mounted pins to prevent the assembly from shifting while being installed in the printer.

This system benefits both OEM and contract manufacturers as it reduces storage space from 1-1/2-in. per stencil to only 1/2-in. per stencil. The company also offers the Space Saver in 20 x 20-in. Both sizes are compatible with printers accepting standard frame sizes.
