Cut ESD Mats from TopLine
Cut ESD mats.
Garden Grove, CA — Now available from TopLine are ESD cut mats with grounding cord and comfortable wrist strap. The mats have a double layer structure — an upper static dissipative layer and a conductive bottom layer. The mats provide an excellent combination for Electrostatic Protected Areas (EPA), and ensure continuous drainage of static charge to ground.

Used for ESD production benches and lab tables, the mats are resistant to high temperatures up to 440°C, and contain no chlorine, so there is no noxious outgassing.

The ESD mats are PVC free, flame resistant, and are resistant to chemicals. They are available in blue, beige, gray, and green in three sizes: small, 16 x 24-in. (40 x 60cm); medium, 24 x 36-in. (60 x 90cm); and large, 24 x 48-in. (60 x 120cm). Mat thickness is 0.080-in. (2.0mm)
