Vienna, Austria — Deutsche Beteiligungs AG has agreed to sell its shares in Dorries Scharmann Technologie GmbH (DST) to the Austrian A-TEC Industries AG.
DST was originally acquired by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG in 1998 and parties have agreed jointly not to disclose the purchase price. DST currently employs approximately 700 people, about 600 of them at its German plants in Moenchengladbach and Bielefeld.
