New 3GHz VCO From Crystek Corp.
3GHz VCO.
Fort Myers, FL — Crystek's newly introduced CVCO55CC-2970-3230 VCO operates from 2970MHz to 3230MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5V to 4.5V. This VCO has a typical phase noise of -104 dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset and has excellent linearity.

The VCO is packaged in the industry standard 0.5 x 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 5.0VDC, with a max current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 1.5MHz and 3 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -20dBc typical. The VCO is especially suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
