RoHS 40A Automotive Relay from CIT
RoHS 40A relay.
Minneapolis, MN — CIT Relay & Switch has released its upgraded automotive A9 Series relays. With new switching capacity to 40A, these automotive relays offer contact arrangement of NO SPST. Typical applications include automotive and lamp accessories control.
The A9 Series uses standard automotive fuses, with nine options from 3A to 40A and accommodates industry standard resettable fuses as well. Coil voltage options are 6, 12 and 24VDC. Offering contact resistance of <50 milliΩ initially, the maximum switching power is 420 watt with max switching voltage of 75VDC and max switching current of 30A.
Tested electrical life of the A9 Series is 100k cycles, 40A at 14VDC with mechanical life of 10M cycles. Insulation resistance is 100MΩ at 500VDC. The dielectric strength of the A9 Series coil to contact is 750V rms minimum at sea level and contact-to-contact is 500V rms. Operating temperature is -40 to +85°C; dimensions 35.5mm x 25.5mm x 21.0mm; weight 32g.
