Richard F. Wallman Elected to Board of Directors of Convergys Corporation
Cincinnati, OH — Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG) has elected Richard F. Wallman to its Board of Directors effective June 26, 2007. James F. Orr, Chairman of the Board of Convergys, made the announcement following a board meeting.

Wallman, 56, is a former Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Honeywell International (NYSE: HON) and a former Vice President and Controller of International Business Machines Corporation (NYSE: IBM).

Wallman also previously held executive positions of increasing responsibility at Chrysler Corporation and the Ford Motor Company. Wallman serves on a number of public and private boards of directors including Ariba, Inc., Avaya Inc., Hayes-Lemmerz, and Roper Industries, Inc. He holds a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
