DfR Solutions Opens Branch Office in California
College Park, MD — DfR Solutions has established a West Coast branch office in Oakland, CA. The company is headquartered inside the Washington beltway in College Park, Maryland.

"We are excited to now have representation in the Bay Area to better support our clients in California and throughout the western United States," said Dr. Craig Hillman, DfR Solutions' CEO and Managing Partner. "With the opening of this office we can dedicate more time and energy to expanding our existing relationships in the region, and provide geographic proximity for the broad range of turnkey services DfR can offer."

The West Coast office will be headed by John McNulty, an expert in optical electronics reliability. Dr. McNulty has worked on the packaging, reliability, and failure analysis of telecom devices and commercial laser systems for over nine years. He has designed and executed accelerated testing plans for individual components and multi-component devices, including Telcordia and military qualification testing, and was a committee member involved in the revision of Telcordia GR-468-CORE (covering active devices). He also specializes in random and wear-out failure rate analysis and estimation, including parts count analyses and derating.
