Anderson: Multi-Axial Rotational Connector
Multi-axial connector.
Sterling, MA — Anderson Power Products® (APP) is offering its Multi Axial Rotational Connector (MARC). Especially suitable for medical and mobility applications, the MARC is designed to mate while traveling through an arc with a 3-in. minimum radius. The MARC is rated to 30Amps while combining power, signal, and ground circuitry in one package.

The connector has 8 Powerpole circuits integrated into a blind mate housing. The two row horizontally oriented connector uses the company's special flat wiping contacts and can be configured with 8 standard length contacts or 6 standard length and 2 pre-mate ground contacts. The UL listed MARC has a mechanically keyed housing to ensure proper mating and enables rotational blind mating with approximately 0.090-in. of error correction.

The connector is rated for 10,000 mating cycles and is constructed of a chemically resistant PBT plastic, making it extremely rugged and durable.
