Saturn Upgrades its PCB Fabrication Lines
Romulus, MI — PC board fabricator Saturn Electronics has added two new Olec AT-30 automatic alignment registration exposure systems to its two systems already in place.
According to the company, the purchase and installation of these systems shows its commitment to serving the North American PC board market. Over the past 18 months, Saturn has completely renovated its facility to enhance its higher technology capabilities at a cost of over $3 million. The new state-of-the-art equipment makes it possible to fabricate the type of product that must be shipped on a daily basis, if the company is to achieve a prominent position in the North American PC board market.
In the past 18 months, Saturn has fully upgraded its imaging, lamination, and drilling departments. Over the next 12 months, the board fabricator has plans to fully upgrade all wet process lines, including DES, SES, Oxide, Desmear, and many other supporting facilities.
