I&J Fisnar Intros Lightweight Dispensing Valve
Lightweight dispensing valve.
Fair Lawn, NJ — Newly introduced by I&J Fisnar, Inc., the CV629 lightweight dispensing valve is especially suitable for adhesives and silicones, and is small and light enough for handheld operations.

Weighing only 4.8oz (135gm), the CV629 cartridge valve is one of the few valves that can be comfortably held in the hand without stress. Designed for use with lubricants, silicones and adhesives, it is especially suitable for manual operations where an operator needs to apply frequent dispensing deposits.

The valve is also recommended for integration in an automated system, such as one of the company's dispensing robots, where the quick-change one-piece cartridge seal ensures minimal maintenance and reduced down time.

Stroke is adjustable and the valve is recommended for micro shots or fine beads. Maximum fluid pressure is 300psi making it suitable for a wide variety of low-to-high viscosity fluids.
