Graco Intros Two Component Dispensing System
Liquid control dispenser.
Minneapolis, MN — Graco has introduced the Liquid Control PR70, a new meter, mix, and dispense system. Built to handle medium-to-low viscosity materials, it is especially suitable for potting, gasketing, sealing, encapsulation and syringe filling.

The new unit incorporates the Graco Control Architecture™ Fluid Control Board (FCB) — a module that offers a simplified wiring system and board-level diagnostics. According to the company, the PR70 provides needed features, in a compact, modular design. The unit combines liquid control metering technology with the company's pump technology.

The versatile two-component system is designed for applications using up to 70cc shot sizes, material ratios from 1:1 to 12:1 with a proven accuracy to +1 percent.

The dispense valve provides accuracy under high pressures. The modular valve provides multiple seat styles, an independent air cylinder, adjustable snuffback control and customized material mixing.

An intuitive user interface provides simple system electronic controls with diagnostics and job data reporting, as well as easy, accurate shot size programming; it automatically notifies the user when the system needs attention.

The PR70 is available with a range of feed package options for agitation, heat and degassing applications.
