Mouser Expands Freescale Pressure Sensor Portfolio
Mansfield, TX — Mouser Electronics, Inc. has expanded its catalog offering of Freescale sensor products to highlight its broad selection of pressure sensors. Freescale is a provider of inertial, pressure, and proximity sensors for the appliance, automotive, consumer, industrial, and medical markets.

All Freescale sensors are compatible with the company's microprocessors, which provide customers the key components needed for their sensing solutions. Customers are able to design-in and use Freescale sensor technology to lower overall design cost and reduce time-to-market.

Freescale's pressure sensors combine advanced piezoresistive sensor architecture with integrated circuit technology and feature a wide operating temperature of -40°C to +125°C. The fully conditioned, compensated, and calibrated pressure sensors are available in a variety of packaging and porting options for design flexibility. The pressure sensor portfolio has solutions that measure over and under pressure to ensure applications have positive and negative pressure reading where necessary.

Mouser also stocks Freescale's acceleration, safety, alarm, and proximity capacitive touch sensors in addition to other embedded semiconductors for the wireless, networking, automotive, consumer, and industrial markets.
