Royce Instruments Names Director of Sales
Napa, California — Royce Instruments, Inc. a privately held manufacturer of equipment for semiconductor bond testing and die handling equipment has appointed Julie Adams Director of Sales. Julie Adams (previously Julie Houghten) brings over 15 years of global semiconductor assembly sales & engineering experience to Royce Instruments.

Diane Cox, President of Royce Instruments, cited Adams' rich experience in strategic sales and development of semiconductor packaging technologies and manufacturing equipment as critical to this position.

Adams has held senior engineering positions at Motorola and Amkor and spent several years as Director of Worldwide Sales and Service for RVSI Vanguard, a manufacturer of automated BGA ball placement systems.
