Dorwart Named Executive VP & COO of PEI-Genesis
Philadelphia, PA — Steve Fisher, President, CEO and Chairman of PEI-Genesis, has announced the promotion of Russ Dorwart from VP of Operations, to Executive VP and Chief Operating Officer of PEI- Genesis and its affiliated companies, PEI-Genesis-Europe, Reliance Merchandising and Sure Seal Connections, Inc. Dorwart started with PEI-Genesis in 1986 as Director of Product Management, and moved through a variety of company positions including, General Manager of Operations with responsibility for connector assembly in South Bend, Indiana and Basingstoke, UK. During that time he reduced the average manufacturing time from 14 days to 48 hours using a combination of lean manufacturing and quality assurance approach.

Steve Fisher will remain President, CEO and Chairman, focusing on strategic relationships with vendors, acquisitions and geographic expansion.
