YESTech Acquired by Nordson Corp.
San Clemente, CA — Nordson Corporation has purchased YESTech Inc. According to Edward P. Cambell, Chairman and CEO of YESTech, "I am very excited about this new relationship and look forward to the increased value that we will be able to deliver to you." Nordson Corporation is a global company with direct operations in 30 countries and three business segments: Adhesive Dispensing Systems, Advanced Technology Systems and Finishing and Coating Systems. Don Miller will continue to lead YESTech, serving as President. The existing YESTech management and the company structure that has served the market so well also will remain intact. The company will become part of Nordson's Dage Holdings, Ltd. business, which is part of its Advanced Technology Systems segment.
